Join to apply for the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Dayshift role at On With Life

We are seeking a full-time CNA for our day shift, offering options of working 3 12-hour shifts (6a-6:30p) or 5 8-hour shifts (6a-2:30p) weekly. Flexibility is available regarding shift scheduling, which includes holiday rotations with special pay and an every 3rd weekend rotation. During application, specify your preferred hours and schedule.

IMPORTANT: Our orientation process (up to 1 month) may require working outside your permanent schedule.

Starting pay is $17/hour for no experience, up to $24/hour for experienced staff. Additional pay includes a 9% differential for hours between 2pm-10pm and 11% for hours between 10pm-6am, with annual raises and potential bonuses.

We offer a Hiring Bonus, paid over 18 months, based on weekly hours:

• Less than 24 hours/week: $3,000
• At least 24 but less than 36 hours/week: $4,000
• 36 or more hours/week: $5,000
