What You'll Do

Your impact will include :

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, eating, and mobility
• Recording and reporting changes in residents' health to licensed nurses
• Obtain and document vital signs
• Supporting residents' physical and emotional well-being with compassion and consistency
• Transporting, lifting and repositioning residents safely using appropriate lifting techniques and equipment
• Maintaining clean and safe resident environments, including restocking and sanitizing areas
• Assisting with isolation procedures and following all infection control protocols
• Collaborating with nurses, therapists, and other caregivers to ensure quality care delivery

What You'll Bring

• Current Kentucky CNA certification (active and in good standing)
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Excellent communication skills with residents, families, and staff
