Care Initiatives is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our compassionate care team across more than 40 skilled nursing communities throughout Iowa. Full-time or part-time day shifts are available, with opportunities to deliver direct resident care, meds assistance, and daily support in a respectful, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and passing medications.
• Deliver emotional support and provide companionship while fostering a positive and engaging environment.

• Interact and communicate with residents, families, as well as the healthcare team.
• Encourage and facilitate resident recreational and therapeutic activities to enhance health and daily routines.
• Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for residents.
