Care Initiatives is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in Iowa for PRN evenings to support residents with daily living activities and companionship. You will participate in health monitoring and collaborate with residents, families, and the healthcare team.

The position emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork, and adherence to infection control protocols in a supportive skilled nursing environment.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Iowa or the ability to activate certification.

• Support daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.

• Encourage and facilitate resident recreational and therapeutic activities to enhance health and daily routines.
• Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for safety.
