Job summary

Qualifications

• Current nurse aide certification in good standing in the state in which the facility is located.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plan (turning, repositioning, feeding, bathing).
• Observe and record changes in condition and report to the licensed nurse.
• Complete required documentation in the electronic clinical record.
• Obtain and report vital signs and weights as assigned.
