Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated nursing assistant responsible for providing routine nursing care according to established policies and procedures. The role involves working under the supervision of Charge Nurses, RN Supervisors, Directors of Nurses, or Administrators to ensure high-quality resident care at all times.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant license
• At least 6 months of experience as a CNA or clinical experience during certification training
• Genuine desire to serve the ill, aged, and infirm
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Ability to interact tactfully with residents, families, visitors, and staff
• Willingness to work harmoniously within a team
• Patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm

Responsibilities

• Report missing ID bands immediately
• Make beds, clean bedside and overbed tables
• Ensure water pitchers are clean, filled, and accessible to residents
• Perform any additional duties as directed by supervisors
