Noble Health Care Center in Noble, OK is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The position involves providing personal care to residents, assisting the charge nurse, and delivering high-quality service in a long-term and rehabilitative care setting.

As a CNA, you will work an 8-hour shift, be part of a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to our mission of superior clinical care, rehabilitation, wellness, and supportive services for residents and staff in Noble, OK.

Formación

• State certification as a nursing assistant.
• Familiarity with CNA duties.
• Highly developed observation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care to residents safely and comfortably.
• Promote independence for residents.
• Inform supervising charge nurse of resident status at shift start/end.
• Contribute to resident care plans with knowledge of conditions/needs.
• Assist in implementing care plans per policy.
• Observe and report residents' conditions and document observations.
• Ensure safe lifting and transfers per procedures.
• Perform moderate to heavy lifting as required.
• Keep equipment clean and functional.
• Perform incidental housekeeping to maintain a clean environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care to residents in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort consistent with community policy.

• Promotes and supports the greatest possible degree of independence for residents.

• Advises supervising charge nurse of resident’s status at beginning and end of shift.

• Contributes knowledge of resident’s conditions/needs to resident care plans.

• Assist in the implementation of care plans as directed within the parameters of established policy and procedure.

• Observes and reports on residents’ conditions, and documents observations as required.

• Complies with requirements of procedures for safe lifting and/or safe transfer of residents per established policies and procedures.

• Must be able to perform moderate to heavy lifting.

• Assures that equipment is clean and functional.

• Performs incidental housekeeping or maintenance tasks as may be required to maintain a clean, hazard-free environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

• Other duties as assigned.

CNA Requirements:

• State certification as a nursing assistant

• Complete familiarity with the duties of a certified nursing assistant

• Highly developed observation skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
