Job summary

Noble Health Care Center in Noble, OK is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (PRN) to join our compassionate care team. You will administer oral and topical medications to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse, following physician orders and facility policy.

Qualifications

• State certification as a nurse aide is required.
• State approved medication administration certification.
• Complete familiarity with duties of a certified nurse aide.

Responsibilities

• Administers medication as ordered by a physician under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Must demonstrate knowledge of the 'five rights' of medication administration.
• Records the administration of medications and/or treatments appropriately.
• Observes for and reports any reactions and/or side effects of medications to a licensed nurse.
• Administers PRN medications in accordance with regulations and facility policy.
