Job summary

The Legacy at Boca Raton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Boca Raton, FL. The role focuses on assisting residents with daily living activities and personal care within a five-star rehabilitation environment.

We offer competitive pay based on experience, with daily pay options. Shifts cover 6am-2:30pm, 2pm-10:30pm, and 10pm-6:30am, supporting both part-time and full-time schedules.

Qualifications

Must possess CNA certification in FL.
Excellent customer service skills.
Previous experience in long term care preferred.
Must be in good physical and mental health.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Effective communication with others.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (Bathing, feeding, toileting, dressing, etc.).
Assist residents with dental, nail, hair care, etc.
Keep residents dry and reposition bed-bound residents every few hours.
Record resident weight when instructed.
Serve food trays and document intake/output in medical records.
Inventory and mark residents' possessions.
Make beds and keep rooms tidy.
Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
Ensure resident privacy at all times.
