Job summary

The Encore at Boca Raton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a passionate Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our team across all shifts. You will deliver direct resident care under supervision and help create a five-star, patient-focused environment.

Requirements include a current Florida CNA license, good health, and the ability to read, write and communicate in English. Prior long-term care experience is preferred, and daily pay is available.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Florida CNA license.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.
• Must be in good physical and mental health.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Effective communication with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, assist, and document residents' daily care under RN supervision.
• Ensure continuity of care by coordinating with CNAs and support staff across shifts.
• Participate in resident and family teaching to support care plans.
• Advocate for residents and uphold the facility's mission in daily care.

The Encore at Boca Raton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is looking for a talented and hard-working CNA (Certified Nurse Assistant) to join their ever-growing team. Responsibilities Include:

• Monitor, plan, and implement the nursing care of residents within the facility under the direction of a Registered Nurse.

• Ensures continuity of care of residents between shifts by providing direct care and supervising the care given by CNAs and support staff members.

• Participates in resident and family teaching.

• Serves as a resident advocate with a focus on the facility’s mission.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Current/valid Florida CNA (Certified Nurse Assistant) license/registration.

• Previous experience in long-term care is preferred.

• Must be in good physical and mental health.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a group.

• Effectively communicate with others.

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
