For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering sign-on bonuses for Clinical Nursing Assistants:

  • $2,500 for 0-1 years of experience (full-time)
  • $4,000 for 1+ years of experience (full-time)

Eligible candidates are those hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part-time CNA position. Bonus amounts are prorated for Part-time hires; per diem hires are ineligible.

Current MaineHealth employee members are ineligible; former MaineHealth members are ineligible until more than 6 months of separation from employment.

About St. Andrews Village: A 30-bed unit providing individualized, quality long-term care to residents in need of support services 24 hours a day. We create personalized care plans to meet each resident's needs, ensuring a loving environment where residents and families feel secure. Join our team!

Position Summary

This position involves 32 hours per week, evening shifts. Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, the Certified Nursing Assistant - CRMA is responsible for administering medications accurately and timely to residents.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: Current applicable state license as a CNA is required. Current BLS certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of start date. Graduation from a state-approved CRMA program is required.
  3. Experience: Prior CNA/CRMA experience is preferred. Experience or interest in working with older adults is preferred.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements: N/A
