What You’ll Do:

Provide personalized care in alignment with resident assessments and care plans.

Assist with daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, feeding, and mobility support.

Observe and report changes in resident conditions to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.

Ensure resident safety by checking in frequently and answering calls promptly.

Maintain a warm, welcoming environment that promotes dignity and respect.

Handle documentation—recording care details accurately using approved abbreviations.

Safeguard resident privacy and comply with confidentiality policies.

Support with admissions & transfers—helping new residents settle in comfortably.

What You Bring:

Genuine compassion and a passion for resident care.

Ability to follow care plans, report concerns, and document vital details.

Comfort with mobility assistance, including lifting, positioning, and transportation.

Strong communication skills—whether interacting with residents or reporting updates.

Knowledge of safety & compliance procedures (blood exposure, resident protection).

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license (per state regulations)

CPR certification preferred
