Job Overview

Right at Home Rock Hill is seeking to hire Caregiver/Home Health Aides to join a dynamic care team providing in‑home care. We have immediate part‑time and full‑time positions available for a variety of shifts, including the following towns/cities: Rock Hill and surrounding areas. The role offers flexible scheduling and a pay range of $13‑$16 per hour.

Responsibilities and Duties of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Caregivers

• Provide personal care activities including personal hygiene, ambulation/transfers, eating, dressing/shaving, preparing meals and snacks according to instructions, and accompanying the patient on errands or medical appointments.
• Perform housekeeping activities such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry, and cleaning bathrooms.
• Carry out patient‑specific activities taught by a Right at Home nurse, including medication reminders, assisting with prescribed range‑of‑motion exercises, measuring and preparing special diets, understanding dementia care, and incontinence care.

Qualifications and Skills

• No vaccination required.
• High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and current car insurance.
• Desire to care for the aging population or those with disabilities.
• Bilingual Spanish speaker (fluency required).
