Responsibilities of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Caregivers:

Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADL), including:

• Personal hygiene
• Ambulation/Transfers
• Eating
• Dressing/Shaving
• Meal and snack preparation
• Errands and medical appointments

Perform housekeeping duties such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, dishes, changing linens, laundry, and bathroom cleaning.

Perform patient-specific activities taught by a Right at Home nurse, including:

• Medication reminders
• Range of motion exercises
• Special diet preparation
• Dementia care
• Incontinence care

Qualifications and Skills:

• No vaccination required
• High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
• Desire to care for the aging or disabled
