Base pay will be determined by skills and experience. The role is also eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the 401(k) plan.

Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply. Brookdale offers to cover naturalization (Form N-400) application costs up to $725 for qualified associates with at least one year of service.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care to seniors, working with community management, and give resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Assist with dining, personal care, vital sign checks, and clinical procedures according to community policy.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as showers, bathroom assistance, dressing, and grooming.
• Successful completion and maintenance of State CNA/STNA certification are required.

$14.59 - $18.24 per hour
