Position Summary:

Eastern Healthcare Group is seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Baylor Weekend Program.

The Baylor Program is designed for nursing professionals who prefer working weekends while earning additional compensation for their commitment to weekend coverage.

Baylor CNAs earn an additional $5.00 per hour on top of their regular hourly rate for every hour worked during their scheduled Baylor shifts.

This position is responsible for providing direct resident care under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel while promoting a compassionate, safe, and supportive environment for all residents.

Baylor Program Schedule & Compensation:
  • Work two (2) 16-hour shifts every weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
  • Alternative scheduling options may include three (3) 12-hour shifts within the Baylor weekend schedule, from Friday at 7:00 AM through Monday at 7:00 AM.
  • Earn an additional $5.00 per hour for every hour worked on scheduled Baylor shifts.
  • Enjoy a consistent weekend schedule with weekdays off.
  • Must be available to work scheduled weekends consistently.
  • Baylor positions are limited and subject to building budget and staffing needs.

  • Employees must maintain consistent availability for their scheduled weekend shifts.
  • Baylor participation is limited and may be adjusted based on facility staffing needs and budget.
