Job summary

Life Care Center of Columbia TN is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our day shift team. You will provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients, including bathing, feeding, grooming and toileting, in accordance with Life Care standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable state; license active.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; must remain current.
• One year geriatric nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with Life Care standards.
• Deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.).
• Join an interdisciplinary team and communicate effectively.
• Maintain professional working relationships with all associates.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.

• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
