Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide routine daily nursing care for patients in accordance with all applicable laws and Life Care standards. You will perform direct care tasks such as bathing, feeding, grooming and toileting as directed by licensed staff.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma or equivalent, is a graduate of a State-approved CNA program, maintains an active CNA license, and has CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must have current active CNA license in the applicable state.
• One year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification required at hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients.
• Assist with bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living.

Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
