Schedule

• 2:00 PM - 8:30 PM
• Every Other Weekend & Holiday Required

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with basic personal cares including bathing or showering
• Escort residents to/from meals and events
• Complete charting and documentation daily
• Report changes in resident status to supervisor
• Use equipment to assist resident mobility per care plan
• Follow infection control policies and procedures
