SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC in Oklahoma City seeks compassionate CNAs to provide one-on-one home care. We’re Provider of Choice 2025, recognized nationwide for client care and caregiver satisfaction, with flexible schedules near you.

You’ll assist with personal care, mobility transfers, medication reminders, vital signs, meals, and light housekeeping in clients’ homes, with support from a dedicated team and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma CNA license (active and in good standing)
• Big heart and professional attitude
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Ability to assist with mobility and transfers (equipment provided)
• Pass background check/drug screen

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care in clients' homes
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Help with mobility and transfers (lifting equipment provided when needed)
• Medication reminders and monitoring
• Vital signs monitoring and health observation
• Meal preparation and nutritional support
• Light housekeeping as needed
• Build strong, professional relationships with clients and families
