Compensation: $25/HR

Employment Type: PRN / Full Time / Part Time

Shift Length: up to 12 hr shifts available

We are looking for compassionate and caring Nursing Assistants interested in making a difference in the lives of our residents and their families. The Nursing Assistant will be responsible for offering quality of life services. The ideal candidate is a compassionate professional with a strong sense of discretion and preferably has previous experience working in a long-term care facility.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist residents with performing basic tasks such as eating, dressing, toileting, and showering.
• Respond immediately to calls from residents for assistance and alert nurse of any change in conditions.
• Encourage residents to participate in scheduled activities and assist with tasks to maintain physical strength.
• Replace linens on beds and assist residents with keeping rooms clean.
• Maintain a current and unrestricted CNA license.
• Hold a CPR certification.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
