Elevate Care North Branch is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for various shifts in Illinois. NOC and weekend differentials apply, with opportunities for daily pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to nurses.

• Engage with residents to provide companionship and support.
• Follow care plans and collaborate with healthcare professionals.

Your Responsibilities:

Provide Direct Resident Care – Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
Monitor & Report Changes – Observe residents' conditions and report any concerns to nurses.
Ensure Comfort & Safety – Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Engage with Residents – Offer companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life.
Follow Care Plans – Work alongside nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver excellent care.
