Elevate Care Windsor Park in Chicago is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team and deliver high-quality daily living assistance to residents.

Qualifications

• Active CNA Certification (State-approved).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nurses.
• Ensure comfort and safety by maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Engage with residents, offering companionship and emotional support.
• Follow care plans and collaborate with nurses and healthcare professionals.

Your Responsibilities:
