Qualifications & Details:

To qualify, you need:

1. Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
2. A caring and loving personality and demeanor
3. The ability to work your scheduled shift
4. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English

As a CNA, you will provide exceptional nursing care following our policies and procedures. We provide comprehensive training, support, tools, and equipment. Our team—including Charge Nurses, RN Supervisors, Directors of Nursing, and Administrators—will support you daily.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Enhancing residents' quality of life
2. Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs): eating, dressing, transferring, walking, bathing, toileting, and hygiene support
3. Responding promptly to call lights
4. Preparing residents for therapy, activities, and appointments
5. Following infection control procedures
6. Documenting and charting care provided
7. Protecting residents’ rights
8. Adhering to policies and standards
