Holy Cross Health in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Patient Care Tech (PCT)/Certified Nursing Assistant for full-time days and nights. The role includes assisting with monitoring, admissions/discharges, mobility, and patient hygiene under RN supervision.

The position requires FL CNA license, HS diploma or GED, and BLS certification. Weekend shifts are required, with shifts 7am–7:30pm or 7pm–7:30am, and a $5000 sign-on bonus offered.

What a Patient Care Tech (PCT / Certified Nursing Assistant) Will Do:

Have a current State of Florida nursing assistant license or completion of the fundamentals of nursing from an accredited school and the ability to work full-time any day of the week or weekend. Will assist in monitoring activities as directed and under the supervision of the RN; assists with patient admission, discharge or transfer; assists in patient's increased mobility; maintains a clean and organized environment; administers hygiene care to patients.

What a PCT/CNA Will Need:

• H.S. Graduate or a GED required.


• Current Florida State CNA license required.


• Ability to work full-time during the weekdays and weekends.


• Previous experience working as a PCT in an acute care, rehab or skill nursing facility is preferred.


• Current BLS through the American Heart Association.
