What You’ll Do:

• Provide hands-on care and support with daily living activities

• Monitor and record vital signs, weight, input/output, and assist with basic testing

• Communicate any changes in resident condition to the nursing team

• Complete required documentation, forms, and logs accurately

• Support residents with kindness, respect, and a person-centered approach

What We’re Looking For:

• Active CNA license in the state of Pennsylvania

• Experience in long-term care is a plus, but not required

• Compassionate, dependable, and flexible team players

• Strong communication skills and a resident-first mindset
