The Shores of Worthington is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team!

The Shores of Worthington is a Residential Health Care Facility (SNF) that provides the highest levels of quality care through continuous improvement, involving the interdisciplinary team and the community. We prioritize respecting the rights, needs, and concerns of residents, families, and staff by creating a caring environment where each person is treated with kindness, dignity, and respect.

Shift

• Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem Shifts Available
• AM (6am-2:15pm)
• PM (2pm-10:15pm)
• Overnight (10pm-6:15am)

Responsibilities of the Certified Nursing Assistant include but are not limited to:

• Providing direct patient care according to state, federal, and facility guidelines
• Providing general nursing care in line with the facility's policies and procedures
• Addressing issues identified in the patient care plan

Qualifications & Skills:

• Current CNA certification through Minnesota. If not certified, ask us how we can help.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team environment
• Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and regulatory agents
