Avante Leesburg is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to provide direct care under supervision, promoting residents' well-being and comfort in a skilled nursing setting.

We offer daily pay with flexible full- and part-time shifts (3-11p), shift differential, and a benefits package designed to support your health, finances, and career growth. Join a team that values compassionate care, teamwork, and ongoing training; background checks are required.

Formación

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing and meet all applicable federal and state certification requirements or training to satisfactory complete the requirements to become a Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
• Must be 18 years of age
• Completion of high school or GED equivalent or otherwise show the ability to read and write and follow oral commands in English
• Previous experience or completion of an appropriate training course
• Positive attitude toward elderly
• Must be eligible for clearance through abuse registry and Department of Law enforcement.

Responsabilidades

• Perform direct care duties under supervision of licensed nursing personnel.
• Maintain a positive physical, social and psychological environment for residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and report changes to supervising staff.

Qualifications:
