We are looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team. The right candidate will have a strong background in healthcare. The day-to-day duties of this role include:

• Planning and preparing meals
• Helping clients with mobility around or outside of the house
• Providing personal hygiene assistance

Schedule: 2PM/10PM, 4 days on, 2 days off

Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal hygiene, including showering, bathing, dressing, and eating
• Help clients take prescribed medication and assist with ambulation
• Support mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.)
• Plan and prepare meals
• Assist with physical therapy exercises
• Complete shopping or accompany clients to shop
• Perform housekeeping duties
• Report incidents and respond to emergencies
• Assist with activities essential for daily living

Qualifications:

• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting and eager to learn
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Compassionate and supportive demeanor
• Availability for different shifts, including nights and weekends
• Minimum 1-year experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
• High School Diploma or equivalent; CNA/HHA experience or completion of CNA program
• Experience with Hoyer Lift (specific to client)
