Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant at the Morton Plant Rehabilitation Center on the Morton Plant Hospital campus in Clearwater, FL. You will provide compassionate patient care under the supervision of an RN or LPN, assisting with activities of daily living, mobility, and comfort.

The role offers a supportive team, shift options (days), training opportunities, and benefits. Overtime available; growth within BayCare's network.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, or willingness to obtain before start date.
• Newly licensed CNAs are encouraged to apply; training and support provided by BayCare.

Job Summary

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Morton Plant Rehab-Madonna Ptak Center on the Morton Plant Hospital campus, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate patient care under the direct supervision of an RN or LPN. Your responsibilities will include assisting patients with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. You will be an essential part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care in a clean, beautiful facility.

Minimum Qualifications

• Required : Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License
• Required : Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, or willing to obtain before start date

Experience

• Preferred , but not required: One year or more of Certified Nursing Assistant work experience in a Long-Term Acute Care, Inpatient Rehabilitation or Skilled Nursing Facility is a plus.
• Newly licensed Certified Nursing Assistants are encouraged to apply! We train and support you with growing your healthcare skills and CNA experience!

400 Corbett St, Belleair, FL 33756

Status: Full Time (40 hours a week), Overtime available, but not required.

Shift Hours: Days (3pm-11pm)

Weekend Work: Every Other

On Call: No
