Interim HealthCare Staffing in Duluth, MN is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team and make a difference in residents' daily lives. You will provide compassionate care in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and hospitals, supporting daily activities and monitoring vitals.

This role offers flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time), on-going training, hazard pay where eligible, and benefits including health and dental plans, PTO, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Active Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in Minnesota.
• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Six or more months of experience in a nursing facility (preferred).
• Good communication and compassionate, team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and support to patients in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, and hospitals.
• Assist with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility support.
• Monitor vital signs, blood glucose, and intake/output while keeping accurate records.
• Work alongside nurses and healthcare professionals to enhance patient well-being.
• Observe and report any changes in patient condition to ensure the best care.
