Job summary

Cantex is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Texas for full-time roles across all shifts. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered to joining CNAs who become part of our high-performing healthcare team, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth.

You will provide hands-on patient care and support daily living activities in a skilled nursing setting. You will help ensure patient safety, comfort, and dignity, while collaborating with the Charge Nurse and team to follow care plans

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification is required.
• Ability to assist with ADLs and patient care.
• Must read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and repositioning.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse.
• Document patient care and daily activities accurately.
• Support care plans to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain a clean, infection-controlled environment.
• Ensure equipment is clean, charged, and functioning.
• Participate in shift handoffs and team communication.
• Follow state, federal, and facility policies.
• Promote patient dignity, independence, and safety.

Requirements
