As a Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Continuum Hospice, you will play a vital role in the lives of our patients, working under the guidance of a registered nurse to provide essential services and ensure their comfort and well-being. Minimum requirements:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Current unencumbered CNA certification in the state

Pay Range:

$21.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Final offer discussed at interview.
