Job summary

Forest Hill Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Newark, NJ is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants for per diem shifts across all units. The role involves providing personal care, assisting residents with daily living activities, and supporting the nursing staff.

Pay rate ranges from $20.45 to $22.45 per hour, with Daily Pay, health, dental and vision insurance, PTO, holiday pay, direct deposit, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of practice.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.

Responsibilities

• Care for multiple residents in the facility. Observe Resident Rights.
• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist nurse with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Assist nurse in giving treatments and examining residents.
• Assist with restorative and rehab care with proper instruction and supervision.
• Come to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrate dependability and punctuality.
