The Pavilion at Jacksonville is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at 1771 Edgewood Ave. W., Jacksonville, FL 32208. You will support residents with daily living activities and work closely with nursing staff to maintain high-quality care.

Qualifications

• CNA certification for the state of Florida.
• Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred.

• Provide mobility support and help residents move safely.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health and well-being.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Work closely with nurses and healthcare staff to ensure high-quality care.
