Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Provide routine resident nurse aide care in accordance with the Patient's care plan as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Support the greatest possible degree of independence for patients, ensuring safety in accordance with Policies & Procedures and state/federal regulations.
• Comply with safe lifting and transfer procedures of patients per established policies & procedures.
• Identify, document, and report changes in residents' conditions to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Active TX Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) License.
