Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) as required by state regulations.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily care of residents, including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals.
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed.
• Document completed tasks such as shift reports, resident records, and service agreements.
• Communicate clearly and confidentially with staff regarding urgent needs and concerns.
• Manage assigned tasks within scheduled shifts.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
