• Hourly: $18.20 - $18.70

All offers of employment are contingent upon background screens. The CNA will provide supervision to residents, assist with ADLs, redirect behaviors, transport residents, and support their skills development, among other duties. Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with activities of daily living
2. Administering medications and documenting
3. Implementing behavioral strategies
4. Facilitating community outings
5. Monitoring health and safety
6. Maintaining documentation and compliance
7. Ensuring safety and responding to emergencies
8. Communicating effectively with residents, families, and staff
9. Collaborating with treatment team
10. Advocating for residents' rights
11. Providing individualized support and skill development
12. Collecting data on behaviors
13. Offering emotional and social support
14. Leading by example and assisting DSP staff
15. Participating in training and adhering to safety procedures
16. Operating company vehicles safely

Minimum qualifications:

• At least 18 years old
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
• Completion of medication administration class and test
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
