Job summary

Worcester Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our dynamic care team. The position offers $21 to $28 per hour with evenings, overnights, and weekends accompanied by shift differentials and weekly pay.

As a CNA, you will provide routine daily nursing care to assigned residents under the supervision of licensed staff, ensuring compassionate, high-quality care and adherence to established nursing procedures.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active and unencumbered CNA license in Massachusetts, or be eligible to obtain one.
• New graduates welcome!

Responsibilities

• Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident.
• Participate in planning and following current resident care plan on all residents under his/her care.
• Complete resident assignments effectively and promptly.
• Observe changes in resident conditions and promptly report them.
• Document accurately and completely.
• Meet personal grooming needs for each resident.
• Promptly answer call lights and assure that all are placed within reach of the resident.
• Assure the resident care areas are left clean and in an orderly manner.
• Methods of identification of residents are maintained. Maintain that all residents are appropriately identified (i.e., I.D. bracelets, etc.).

Education

Massachusetts CNA license (active and unencumbered) or eligible
