• Assist with range-of-motion exercises.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.
• Measure and record vital signs, weight, intake, and output.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to the nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and safe resident environment.
• Complete daily documentation accurately and on time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Provide respectful, compassionate, resident-centered care at all times.

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing facility in Winchester, MA. As a CNA at Aberjona Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, you will play a vital role in providing hands-on care, comfort, and daily support to our residents while working alongside a collaborative and supportive nursing team.

Job Summary:

As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), and supporting our residents’ overall well-being. You will work closely with our licensed nursing staff to ensure the highest level of care and compassion is provided to each resident.
