Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our multidisciplinary team. This full-time, days shift position offers hands-on patient care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities include bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, and helping with daily activities while adhering to state regulations and Life Care standards. CPR may be required; prior CNA training and active license preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Active CNA license in the applicable state.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification on hire or during orientation; must remain current.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients.
• Deliver direct patient care (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting).
• Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
• Communicate and function on an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain professional relationships with associates and vendors.

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the CNA is responsible for providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Your daily responsibilities will be to deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed. Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
