Grandview Nursing & Rehabilitation in Danville, PA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Per Diem to support residents with daily living activities and compassionate care.

As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will assist with bathing, dressing and grooming, monitor vital signs, document patient progress, and help create personalized care plans, with flexible per diem scheduling and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as assisting with daily living activities
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and develop personalized care plans
• Assist with transporting patients and transferring them between rooms
• Perform vital signs, take weights, and conduct other relevant assessments
• Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
