Job summary

Grandview Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) per diem to join our compassionate care team. You will provide direct patient care, assist with daily living activities, and support the interdisciplinary team in developing personalized care plans.

Responsibilities include recording care details, monitoring vital signs, assisting with transport, and maintaining a clean, safe environment in alignment with infection control guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification and current eligibility to practice.
• Compassionate, patient-centered care with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform routine tasks including bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Adherence to infection control standards and safety protocols.
