Fairmont Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Fairmont, WV is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to join a caring, patient-centered team. You’ll provide compassionate support and assist residents with daily activities in a skilled nursing setting, while upholding dignity and respect for every resident.

Responsibilities

Your Role:

• Provide compassionate care with dignity and respect for each resident in our skilled nursing facility


• Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient behavior to the nursing and medical team.


• Treat and care for residents and their property with dignity and respect.


• Ensure residents’ comfort, safety, and well-being in accordance with long-term care standards


• Maintain reliable transportation and ensure punctuality for assigned shifts.


• Routinely make rounds, providing responsive care and services to residents.


• Perform other duties as assigned by management in a patient-centered care environment
