Job summary

Recover-Care is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for night shifts to care for our residents with compassion and consistency. Current CNA certification is required.

You will join a supportive team including a Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, and Director of Nursing to deliver high-quality care according to policies and procedures. You will assist residents with daily activities, monitor health and safety, document care, and participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Caring and loving personality and demeanor.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Enhance residents' quality of life and well-being.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as feeding, dressing, transferring, walking, bathing, toileting and hygiene.

• Prepare residents for therapy sessions, activities and appointments.
• Follow infection control procedures and safety protocols.

As a certified nursing assistant (CNA) you are responsible for providing exceptional nursing care in accordance with our policies and procedures. You will have all of the training, support, tools & equipment you need to provide the highest degree of quality care.
