Job summary

Aspire Senior Living in Warsaw, MO is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate resident care, assist with ADLs, vital signs, hygiene and mobility, while delivering clear communication with residents, families and the care team.

This full-time Day shift offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus and up to $4/hour shift differential, with opportunities for advancement and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Missouri
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a long‑term care setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Assist with vital signs, hygiene, and mobility needs
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing staff
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including vital signs, treatments, and medication administration

About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to our residents, including activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will also be expected to assist with vital signs, hygiene, and mobility needs. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to effectively communicate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
