Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. in Warner Robins, GA seeks a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care for seniors and patients with illnesses or injuries. Earn $14/hour, enjoy a $500 sign-on bonus, and build skills with online training and CEUs while shaping a flexible, 1:1 care plan.

You’ll work with a supportive team to follow each patient’s care plan and promote independence. Requirements include GA CNA certification, CPR and First Aid, a high school diploma, TB results,

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and active Nursing Assistant Certification in Georgia
• CPR certification
• First Aid certification
• Current TB Results and valid GA driver’s license, auto insurance and transportation
• Compassionate nature, good communicator and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Care for seniors and those with an illness, injury or chronic disease in clients’ homes
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, nail/skin care, eating and nutritional intake
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises
• Check vitals, monitor intake/output, blood glucose, and document changes
• Work with a team of home health nurses and aides to follow the care plan
• Observe patient and notify supervisor of issues requiring changes in care, medication or equipment

As a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:
