Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to work with residents at Wellbrooke of Wabash in Indiana. CNAs provide daily nursing care and services per the resident’s plan of care, along with companionship and encouragement to residents.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, observing changes, collaborating with the care team, and maintaining a safe, comfortable environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Active state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Position Overview

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) work alongside fellow caregivers to provide each of your residents with daily nursing care and services based on the resident’s plan of care and individual needs. CNAs also provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to our residents.
