Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Evansville team. You will work alongside fellow caregivers to provide daily nursing care and services based on each resident’s plan of care, while offering companionship and encouragement to residents.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, observing changes in condition, and maintaining a safe, comfortable environment. High school diploma or GED and active CNA certification required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Active state CNA Certification.
• 0–1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Position Overview

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) work alongside fellow caregivers to provide each of your residents with daily nursing care and services based on the resident’s plan of care and individual needs. CNAs also provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living)
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed
