Job summary

The Village at Orchard Ridge in Winchester, VA is seeking a compassionate Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the morning shift, Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Join a premier senior living community where your care makes a direct difference in residents’ daily comfort and dignity.

You’ll assist with activities of daily living, monitor changes, document resident information, support meals and personal care, and build meaningful relationships with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Virginia CNA certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years of experience in assisted living or related healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, mobility).
• Help residents begin their day safely and with dignity.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team.
• Support residents with meals, hydration and personal care needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and resident records.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Promote a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Virginia
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least two years of experience in assisted living, long-term care, skilled nursing, or a related healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Passion for providing exceptional care and enhancing the lives of older adults
• Ability to read and speak English

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay Range: $17.75 - $23.75 per hour, with the final offer reflecting the candidate's demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and professional background.
